Statement of Compliance
MojoVids is a search engine that indexes links to video content hosted on third party platforms. MojoVids does not produce, create, host, or distribute any video content of its own.
Third Party Content
All video content accessible through MojoVids is hosted by third party platforms. Those platforms are the primary producers of said content and are solely responsible for maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C 2257 and 28 C.F.R 75.
Exemption
MojoVids is exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C 2257 and 28 C.F.R 75 with respect to content produced by third parties because MojoVids is not the primary producer of such content as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R 75.1(c).
Age Verification
MojoVids is strictly an adults only platform. We do not permit access to minors. All performers appearing in content indexed by MojoVids are represented by their respective hosting platforms to be 18 years of age or older at the time of production.
Reporting Violations
If you believe any content indexed on MojoVids depicts a minor or violates 18 U.S.C 2257 please contact us immediately at legal@mojovids.com and we will remove the relevant links from our index promptly.
Custodian of Records
As MojoVids does not produce original content, there is no custodian of records applicable to this site. Records for all indexed content are maintained by the respective third party platforms that host said content.
